Equifax credit file dropped 36 points and is missing everything?

This is an Equifax issue.

I am pretty sure this will impact anything that pulls EQ data.

I don't know what is going on with them. I just got a 41 point increase on my Equifax 8 and it's still showing factors as

The following represents the factors most impacting your FICO Score

• There is no recently reported activity on any of your non-mortgage credit accounts.
• You have no recent activity from a non-mortgage installment loan.

Which are both inaccurate. But hey, I'll take the 41 point increase for right now i guess.

Mine went up about 30 points today too but still lower than before the problem and still shows no account balances.

My Experian dropped 26 points for no reason... I got my reports nothing there, I called Experian and talked to them yesterday...they said they see no problem and the don't know why... she said it was Fico .. who changed the score here's a number call them the lady who answered that number freaked out and said all kinds of people are calling them because Experian is giving out a number.they shouldn't and the problem is on Experians side....I give up wasted hours this weekend trying to figure it out with not a single explanation

EQ was having issues. Mine dopped the same amount of points about 2 weeks ago but I just got my points back today. Have patience they will fix it but def email customer support on here and they'll investigate! Don't worry yall!
