Equifax fax number not working

Hello everybody,

I have been trying to fax Equifax for over a week. I have tried both 866-233-3777 and 800-466-4481.  Neither are working. The 866 # just rings and doesn't answer.  The 800 # is not in service.  Does anybody have a new fax # for equifax?
