Anyone know a back line for Experian? I called the 888-397-3742 and can't get a representive on the line. I even called EX Business at 888-211-0728 but they didn't have a dispute option for me. all i really need is the dispute fax for Experian so i can fax a goodwill letter. thanks!

You send GWs to the OC/CA that is reporting. A GW to the CRA won't help any.
I found with Experian, that (in my case), they loved to ignore us regular folks. So, I inudate them daily with the same dispute information paperwork at their fax number 30 times a day. So far they got tired of me and just deleted old paid collection and CO accounts. I love messing with them since they will not do their jobs. I force them to earn that paycheck. Experian is by far the worst CRA for the consumer when it comes to updating and/or disputing information to make it report correctly.
I agree. Experian is the worst! They do not report accounts how the creditor intended for it to be reported. I recentley mailed a copy of the Universal Data Form to Experian. I hope that clear things up.
