Experian Credit Score decreased by 11 points for No Reason

I received an alert that in September, my score decreased by 11 points. I didn't do anything from the start of this year as far as Experian is concerned which could decrease my score. It's still above 750+ but I am not sure why it decreased by 11 points. Is this normal? I have 0% credit usage though.

0% usage as in $0 balance across all cards or a front end software round down to 0% on small balance reporting?

You've had zero reported use all year? Did an old account age off or did a creditor close an account due to non-use? If all your accounts are still open something may have aged off your reports....

Each credit card is getting reported monthly with $0 balance. I pay off in full after using one of my main credit card and hence I dont' carry any balance which would show up on the report. My old accound didn't age off. All of my credit cards are in good standing and not closed by any creditor.I double checked and all of my accounts have status = Current with 0% usage under Usage column. Not sure what's going on here.

Yes, 0% usage as in $0 balance across all cards. Basically, I don't have any balance showing up anywhere since I paid off everything in full as soon as I use my credit card.

I believe that low usage will actually lower your credit score.  Also if a credit card with zero balance is unused, after a while it will no longer be used in your score calculation.

Basically, you can't win.

Simple. Leave 1 card with a 5-10 dollar balance. Let it report and pay it off then. Research AZEO all over this site, and you'll get the points back and then some. 0% across all accounts you lose pts.

I don't know why you lost 11 points, but if you let 1 card report a small balance before you pay it off, you'll have a higher score.

Okay, I will try to leave 1 card with some balance. I didin't know w/o AZEO, the score could go down. Thanks !
