@Anonymous wrote:No I only have EX CT and like it, but am now irritated that 9 days after something should gave updated my score it hasn't. I wondered if it was just like myfico.com 3B that would not necessary update until the CRA updated unless you purchased a report.
I shouldn't be so cheap and should just go ahead and signup for CCT for a $1.
Try using a different browswer. Also if you call to cancel credit check total before the trial ends they will offer it to you at 14.99 a month for 1 to 5 years. You aren't obligated to stay that long it would just be offered if you do.
I tried using Chrome and Safari and got the same error message. The good thing is that the score was finally updated this morning when I checked my EX CT. EX finally crossed 800.

Use a different email address (username) when creating the CCT account. The username doesn't even need to be an email address. Ie. something like User1234 would be sufficient. If you still experience trouble, try using a different credit card when signing up.
A few days delay to appear on one or more reports after closing date is common. I notice some cards update on reports within a day or two of statement closing while others seem to take upwards of a week. I'd assume the Amex 8/29 update is showing by now.
The problem was that I had Adblocker, which was blocking me from finishing the process. That was resolved yesterday. Cancelled EX CT. Will call to cancel CCT and see what discount I'll be offered. CCT has the same great look and feel of EX CT. And I know both are through EX, which is the best of the three CRAs.
CCT is a great bargain. I just wished I could do the simulator for TU and EQ.
