Ugh that's frustating! I would honestly call them. You won't be on hold for that long and it's worth seeing all your scores (that you paid for)!

EQ would be my cleanest, but like you, they are reporting a bunch of late payments from my old rehabbed student loan as well. There's a bunch of 120+ day lates from 2012 that are scheduled to fall off in Nov/Dec. My EQ score is like 20 points lower than the other 2 because of this. I have a paid medical collection (only $80) on EX and TU that never reported to EQ, so I'm guessing that one will be the highest when the lates fall off. Funny, because EQ has ALWAYS been my worst CRA.

Congrats! You are in the home stretch to get those nast 120 day lates off your report. I still have a few years of them on TU/EQ and it hurts to think about it. Oddly, my FICO 08s are identical most of the time, sometimes within 2 or 3 points, between TU WITH the SL lates and EX WITHOUT the SL lates. I wish I knew how bad those lates are effecting my TU mortgage score as it will be my mid for sure. EQ can't be considered for comparison as TU/EX have otherwise identical reports but EQ has two small medical collections that were insurance billing errors. TU/EX removed but EQ didn't for some reason.

Anyway, yeah, I will probably call tomorrow. I was going to forget about it and just pull a $1 CCT trial for the FICO 08s (they all should have risen this week), but it took my dollar then locked me out. So then I did the free 30 day EX IndentityWorks trial which should include a 3B single pull and it does the EXACT SAME THING where it tells me I am eligible for a 3B pull, acts like it's processing it, and then kicks me back to the "refresh scores" page. It's so frustrating that I am almost ready to just pay MyFICO a ridiculous amount of money to see my scores. ALMOST, but not yet.

What the fluff is going on with your reports?? Definitely call them! You should be able to pull all 3 without all this hassle. What if you pay the $30 or whatever and it still locks you out? Better to just call now, IMO.

Yeah it hurts me to look at the 4 accounts that are showing the late payments. I believe I had 2 student loans, so it's reporting twice for the original lender, and then twice for the collections. I have 2 for ACS/ALL and then 2 for Dept. of Education/Sallie Mae. Actually, one of the Dept of Education accounts fell off this month, so there's only 3 accounts left. Luckily, no one ever seems to pull EQ for me. The only one who is STRICTLY EQ is PenFed and they won't approve you if your score is below 650 (at least not for a credit card).

Good news is that the older the lates get, the less they hurt you. They'll come off before you know it!

Call about your reports!!! HeartSmiley Very Happy

I think I've found the sacred map that may lead me to this garden everyone keeps talking about.

Officially collection free as of 3/19/19!!

Re: Experian CreditWorks Premium

Anyone else still receiving monthly 3b pulls after canceling their $4.99 trial? I'm on month three of seemingly free 3b scores/reports from one trial - with no additional charges showing on the CC used for it.

It's kind of odd. When I check my account details in the mobile app, my account subscription status shows "creditworks premium - 1 day until next report refresh", however the desktop website lists my membership level as basic/free. I still receive free 3b scores/reports monthly, with my next one set to occur about two weeks from now. For reference, the "1 day until next refresh" message is fixed in the account details page. It does not update with each passing day.

I don't really know how this happened, and have trouble believing that Experian is giving away 3b scores & reports as part of their basic membership. I'm sure when the time comes, I may see multiple months of "creditworks premium" hit my card at once. Or not? Who knows.

Just wanted to see if anyone else can chime on on this. Thanks!

Re: Experian CreditWorks Premium

Last year when I started to pay attention to my credit I subscribed to all 3 bureaus for a month just to see what they're about, when I called to cancel Experian they offered 50% off for a year ($9.95/month Credit Works Premium) and I took the offer. However, they never charged my card after that even though it says $9.95 in my profile, I even called 2 months in and point it out to them, the rep assured me everything looked fine from their end but she will put a note on the account, I wasn't going to argue too hard and feel I have done my part. They never charged me for the entire year until the promotion ended, system glitch is my guess and I suspect we're not the only ones who got freebies.
