Experian Free Credit Report thorugh MYFICO

I tried to get my experian CR through MYFICO (online disputes) and after I fill in my info to get to the next screen, it states

"We are unable to allow access to our online dispute service. We understand that the privacy and security of your information is important to you; therefore, we cannot provide a specific reason as to why we cannot allow access. Our registration process is designed to ensure that your credit information is released only to you. You must have a current copy of your personal credit report from Experian in order to dispute information. Please call 1 800 204 1410 to order your report through our automated service. The report will be delivered by U.S. Mail. Once you receive the report, follow the instructions to dispute information you believe is incorrect."

I am putting the same info as I did every time before, but the only thing is i have been going to that site everyday to see if one of my new trade lines has hit my CR..

Anybody else having this issue or have any suggestions..

I havent placed any alerts on my file

 I have been checking the CR though the dispute web site almost every day.

Can they lock you out if you use it to often?

Have you disputed anything lately?  Like inquiries?

I disputed an INQ directley with HSBC, but they pulled my EQ.

It says i am to call them, so i guess i will do that in the moring

i don't think you can dispute EX on my fico.  You can order free report once a year direct from them.  You can call them with report number and talk to live person.  They are not co-operative with my fico.

I use their credit expert for monitoring.

When you LOG into your account, on the member center page you will find on your bottom right a column "your quick links". Click on WRITE A DISPUTE LETTER..

It will then take you to a page that will allow to write a letter for TU and EQ, but fir EX it has a link that you can on go onto EX's web site to dispute. Well i go through that way to check my CR with them.

I have used it maybe 20 times in the last 3 months.

over the last week i have been checking it every day cause i am looking for a new trade line.

Once that trade line hit, once that trade line hit I was going to pay MYFICO for my scores.

But no I am locked out of that dispute web site for the reason I posted above.

I am going to call them here in a minute.
