I was just curious to know if anyone else has had issues the past month with Experian. One instance I had a card paid down to zero, I checked my account and there was still a balance. I went to dispute, but on the dispute page it showed the correct $0 balance! I don't recieve notifications until either a day or two after the new balances report, their online dispute system has been down for days, and I honestly don't even trust their scoring right now. In the past their simulator was spot on, but even yesterday when I paid down $760 of a $1500 balance the score didnt but even though my Equifax gained 15 points? So confusing.
Thanks- up until a month ago or so once a new item was reported, my score would update automatically and I would receive a notice from Experian. Not the case anymore. Also if someone can attempt to start a dispute and let me know if they are receiving the same error I am it would be appreciated.
Sometimes our accounts don't update as fast as we want.
I never recommend disputing a balance when it will update , I have seen people temporarily lose an account for disputing a balance that hasn't updated yet .
Yeah I am not disputing, I am just saying there seems to be issues with their system and if you are paying for a service, it should work as expected i.e. just having the ability to dispute online.

Did you try changing your Alert Settings to see if your score setting was too low? Did your score surpass the selected?
Go into your Alert Settings under Profile and change the settings.
Log out and log back in and double check the settings.
Also make sure they are to go to your email (underneath the alert setting selection)
Hopefully that will either update alerts or you needed to raise the score alert setting.
I've been seeing regular updates as always. Keep in mind it may not even be Experian themselves, but rather your creditors reporting with delays perhaps because they're short staffed due to COVID. As for disputes, I have not used them recently, so I can't comment on that.
BTW, the simulator is garbage. Don't listen to it.
