Experian Triple Alert Credit Monitoring?

Have anyone used Experian Triple Alert Credit Monitoring service? Is it good or not? It seems like a very good deal for $4.95/month and you get:

• Notification alerts if critical changes are detected on any of your three national credit files
• Email and SMS Mobile Text alerts
• $10,000 Identity Theft insurance provided by Virginia Surety Company, Inc.
• Fraud resolution representatives available to assist you

For this price I would have signed up to test it .... but when I tried to get the advertised rate a while back  it did not allow me to sign up for less than the 8.95$ .. where did you see this offer now ? I did go for Citi for 4.95$ at that time. But if this offer is available now I would sign up at least to try it out.
