Good Morning All~
I am new here as you can see; so I hope I am posting in the right area. My question is as follows. I am currently in dispute process with all three credit agencies. I have had numerous items come off my TransUnion and Equifax report. For example: a Medical bill for $400; deleted off both TU and EQ. My question is why will Experian not remove the Same items? Clearly if TU and EQ did; wouldnt EX? I have had a devil of a time with EX. I had to send in my "identity" to them three times; I know it was just a stall tactic. But here we are almost 6 months down the road and have still gone no place with them.
Any Suggestions?
Thanks in advance!!!
Did EX ever verify? Or are you stopped at the dispute itself?
They never acknowledged my idenity; I have sent it three times now to them. I have not recieved any communication since I sent my last copy of DL, SS and Utility bill. This has been over 3 months ago. And Like I said earlier; I have had the same items removed from TU and EQ; but EX wont respond?!?

Did you send the information to them via CMRRR?
Good luck with EX, lord knows I haven't had any luck with them. I'm in the exact same boat as you.
EQ and TU both removed an item from my CR last year. I've been trying to remove it from EX for close to 16 months now. I can't even submit an online dispute for that particular TL anymore. They still refuse to do anything about it. They truly are one of the worst CRAs.
Yes I did! That is why I dont get what is going on! Ridiculious!
Hi
I have had the same problem with EX. Maybe we should get our Senators to look at writing some new rules where something is really broken!
OP, I'd call them and see what's up. Something is blocking your request like a FA or maybe a creditor misspelled or mistyped your vitals (e.g. name, address, DOB, SSN, etc.) and that's being reported as your current info. If the current info doesn't match copies of your DL, SSN card, utility info, etc., then they won't issue a report. A phone call should put you on the right track (assuming you can find a phone number by which to call).
I experienced the same with Experian too. On the item I disputed, TransUnion investigated & then deleted. On the other hand, Experian investigated, & then verified that it was accurate.
