hi all
I have signed up for experian.com montoring service and when i called to cancel they gave me a 50percent discount to 11 dollars. I took the offer but does anyway know if they would be willing to go lower than that?
I had it down to 7.96 but just noticed they started billing me at 17.99 last month. calling to cancel now. they are a HARD close on the phone. they do not want you to leave. ill report back shortly.
let me know what happens
Do they not have an online cancel feature? TU does, so it was very easy.
Seen someone on here paying 10.95 but when I tried, it was almost twice as much!
I prefer USAA, call and ask for a discount on their daily pulls service. I pay 16.95 and I can pull a fresh report which includes all three CRA's every 24 hours. You find out a day or two, sometimes more, when new accounts hit your reports before you'd find out using myfico.

10.95$ is what they offered me at the beginning of April but said I had to call on 04/21 to get that offer. Tried to finish the deal 04/04 but no chance..trial had to be at the end. So I called as instructed on 21APR and instead of the ongoing offer of 10.95$ which I wanted I was offered 9.95$ for 7 months. Today I have to find out that Experian charged me 19.95$ I am done and will cancel for good as it looks they are terrible with granting the offers. Oh well I can perfectly live with Citi EX Fico 8 bancard rate and pull a report every once in a while. For like 10$ I would have taken it.

Have not seen one...they want to keep you and if you email the write back to call them
Whats the website? Is this a service part of a credit card or a service on its own?
