I tried to dispute online with experian and it gives an error saying call there 1800 number. Anyone else running into this problem?

This may be a good opportunity for you to consider, instead of disputing with the CRA, of filing your dispute directtly with the one who posted to your credit report, under the new direct dispute process under FCRA 623(a)(8).
I, personally, no longer, as of 7/1/2010, would recommend disputing through the CRA.
Bypass the bureaucracy of the CRA entirely, and dispute directly with the creditor. Same 30-day period of requried response.
