Experian decided on their own to no longer allow consumers to buy our own FICO scores. You can't buy them here, and you can't buy them anywhere, including from Experian. Some sites do supply them though (which is different from letting us buy them when we want to), including PSECU, a Pennsylvania credit union.
We can all speculate as to why they decided this, but it is very notable that since they did so, they've done a banner business in selling their home-grown FAKO scores, which aren't used by lenders, but which do generate Experian a tidy chunk of income.
