You might want to try opening a new account/user ID with EX (with the free trial membership option) and see if that resolves the issue.. Since both the new and old ID's will be associated with the same SSN and same member ID, they will deactivate your old ID and let you use the new one. That's what I experienced with creditscore.com (an EX site). It will let you register as many times as you want. But each time you register, your previous ID will be deactivated and the new ID will take effect. Not sure if that will resolve your issue; but probably worth a try.
Nope. When I try to open a new account it recognized my identity based on the last four of my social and my other info, and it says I already have an existing account that I need to use to sign in under. And I tried doing it at creditscore.com too but it seems to be identical to the experian.com site I was using with just a different URL because the account is the same in both places.
