The thing that makes me suspect EX more than Cap1 is that it states "balance updated" and it has the correct date that Cap1 should have sent the update. Also the fact that the other 2 are still in line as well. So even though yours just updated, it should still say that the balance was updated as of the 15th. Oh well. Nothing us peons can do about the mighty machine and it's troublesome cogs.
Just to update everyone, my Capital One card did report.... finally lol. However, it didn't budge my score any even though my utilization went down. EX is lagging about 20 points from my Transunion and Equifax FICO 8.
One of the rare times that DCU updates the bureaus in less than a wk instead of 2-4 wks and EX is the only bureau that hasn't updated. This always happens when I'm waiting for them to update my balance to $0.
Chiming in to say I am waiting on Experian to update a paid off card. They have made other updates that reported later than this card so there's that. I am also in the same boat with a different card and Equifax.

I saw the updated 0 balance on Transunion and Equifax but as of today, I still do not see it updated on Experian. It has reported before on time, and I find it strange that this month is different. Any advice?
My Capital One credit cards are reporting on the same day lately. They both reported on the 21st of the month, so the first one was about 14 days late and the 2nd one was about 6 days. I’m just hoping that my balances are reported correctly this month so that my score will go up a bit more. Best of luck.

Tagging @Anonymous @Anonymous to see if they know anything about this... I don't understand this. I'm in the same situation. I have a card and loan payment that were sent to the bureaus as early as the 31st and updated by the two other bureaus last wk. Someone in this thread said that EX told them that they're training new employees and working remotely. How does this affect the updating of our files? I thought that this was automated. What is EX doing that could be delaying the updating of *some* accounts on a person's report?

They definitely have something going on differently. They use to be my go to for quick and correct updating. Lately a few of my accounts are lagging behind Trans and EQ updates (and that never happened before in the 3 years I have been scrutinizing the services.
I have one account that took 3 months to update (from Feb to Apr and it should have updated in June but the April date is stuck there now).
My 2 Cap1 cards took 11 days last month to update on EX and they use to religiously update the day after statement cut.

As an update, Experian updated my report a day or maybe two after I posted this. Still no luck with Equifax, and that card should have reported in May. Sharing as a DP in case anyone is wondering whether others are experiencing a lag with their reports.
