Experian's Website Shows Card Matches when Locked, but not Frozen

I wonder if there's a legal reason why Experian doesn't show credit card matches on their website when your file is frozen but does show them when your file is locked. I assume it's just because it's janky, but curious if there were other thoughts.

They also recently updated the app so it's just as easy to manage a freeze as it is to manage a lock, no second screen you need to find anymore.

They own your scores/files and can do with them what they want. Marketing teasers. Smiley Happy

Wow I thought I was the only one who noticed... they are SNEAKY with that new website.   I can't believe how hard it is to freeze these days... like a treasure hunt.  I just bookmarked it but dang.

it used to be like that, but it's fixed now. Both options are right next to each other.
