Hi, my experian score has not been updated at all for the last 3 months or so. The other two scores have changed but not this one. What could be the reason behind that?
Exerpian's not updating for me either, and customer support basically said it's Experian's job to notify them.
I definitely have activity that happened over a week ago that is on the list of supported alerts. I'm moving from Equifax Credit Watch (which also has 3-bureau monitoring) and they alerted me on the same day of an inquiry that myFICO has yet to become informed about...

Yeah ... what is the deal. I have Experian and they seem to only update my profile on the calendar 1st of the month using FICO Scores. My USAA Federal Savings Bank Plus Scores has not changed in two years and that is paid for monthly and my FICO Scores have gone up lots over the last two years (into the 800's) so what's up? Wonder about these services. I dropped Trans Union and there Vantage Score (useless) and I dropped Equifax as they were providing some score I don't even know what it is. Have not used myfico scores due to cost. So, what is left?
Same thing happened to me. I called CS and they gave me a free Experian report. They said they would be fixing it but it still hasn't happened. I will be canceling my service soon.
I like how they send e-mails like this:
"We've been busy scanning your credit reports for changes as part of your FICO 3-Bureau Credit Monitoring product. We did not detect any monitored changes this week on your Experian credit reports.
"
But the reality is that they are NOT scanning your reports, but have some kind of deal with Experian to get alert triggers which apparently doesn't work at all.

me too and when I got ONSHORE CS, they hit all sorts of buttons and it finally updated plus gave me a free 3in1 report
Mine updated on 5/9. The update was triggered by an alert. Is this the only way Experian FICO will update currently?
DH and I were just talking about this tonight. We both subscribe to myfico because we want to buy a house and have been monitoring our scores. Unforunately, EX hasn't updated for either of us since the beginning of March. TU and EQ haven't updated since the beginning of April. I thought a fraud alert that was put on my report from EQ that passed on to TU and EX was the issue but I had it removed a few weeks ago and still no change.
