Most of my balance changes are too small for Experian to update on with the credit limits on the cards I typically spend on.
Just missed one this week apparently as my Freedom reported 4.5% difference but I did get an update on 4/17 when 9% reported on one of my tradelines. Experian simply doesn't have the granularity of Equifax on the monitoring solution when it comes to balance changes when talking the monitoring available here. Different products as the CRA's developed individual monitoring solutions.
