Dh, Dil, and Ds can access it.....I think it's because we were all checking our sp's and maybe after so many times they cut you off. I've called and asked a few different times and not one will give an answer, even when I asked them straight up if they took it away on purpose. And Annualcreditreport.com won't give a report either and they happened the same day. (yep, I checked, it's been 5 months now) Stingy poots!

We should all file a complaint
If I knew it would work and not backfire I would....not touching it. Heck, I even had them cancel my subscription and refund on the day I subscribed and couldn't get it to work.

I'm not following your reasoning. How would this backfire?
There is no secret cabal taking your points away for filing a complaint

That if we complained enough they might would remove that function all together.
The way it's set up now you have to go through their "dispute link" and maybe that's why. You can't dispute those anyway, so it should just come after the HP's like on Eq. and maybe Tu? can't remember

Again, you're not making a complaint that you cant view SPs, the complaint is about not being able to access disputes online.
Are you saying they will remove online dispute functionality?
I think you're convoluting the two. While the end game is to be able to view SPs, I'm not asking for that.
Simply put, fix the access to disputes because that's one of their advertising points, and I'm paying for service which includes access to those.
If they cant or wont, simple resolution is refund. Been there, done that.

Are you saying they will remove online dispute functionality? I did make that complaint and they did disable it, has been for months and they will not restore it's functionality....so it's a waste.

BTW, isn't the Online Dispute Center open to everyone free? My relative lacks a subscription and accessed it no problem. So what's the refund angle? Online Dispute center is free and open to everyone, not part of subscription, right? So..?
If you already have an account you will be redirected to sign in with existing credentials. I've tried that a few times over the past few months. Just tried again, no go. If there is a different address for that I'd like to know.
