Re: Experian site dispute can't be submitted

No, you have to have the report number to login directly there, so if you call them, they can generate a report and then give you the number and then you enter it and it allows you to go directly to the report without logging in using your normal credentials.

Added: If you look, there’s two ways to login there: one is if you have a report number; two is if you’re not a member. Then of course you have the login for members. The link is the one I provided above:

Yes, the online site to "dispute" makes you log in if you already have an est. membership (even the "FREE" membership is still a membership), for non-members maybe the below link does work, like for your relative, if he can check and chooses to not sign up.  But once you have that membership number "Free" or "Paid" assoc. with your SS#  it will require you to log in at the "tell us about yourself" following the "dispute" link as pictured below.  ETA: is again the "Technical Issues" message appears again and again.

Is this the free access your relative used?

Then they also sent me a report number and with an ID number via email....none of it works for me as well.  copy and paste; nothing.

Just get this message is all:

The information you provided does not match our system. Please ensure that it was entered correctly, or you can access your report with your personal identification information.

Re: Experian site dispute can't be submitted

Well I guess the email with the screenshots did the trick. Now I can enter the dispute center and start a dispute and I can access the report directly through the link.

But guess what? They deleted or erased all of my soft inquiries except for the last three, which were all me logging into my Experian app. Would you believe that?

So I followed up to the same email address with the same case number and advised them that all my soft inquiries are gone and they are supposed to be a record of historical fact and should be there and I asked them to resolve it so we shall see what happens.
