Hello
I am trying to get an account that is being showed on my CCT but I can not find it on my Experian report online. What can I do?

How are you accessing your Experian report?  Your Experian report is the official record.  Have you pulled the report direclty from Experian?

 

CCT is an Experian product.  Have you contacted their support?

I am using CCT, it actually updates daily and that is how I see my Experian report. But it does move slow, I got all the information I needed today.

Now reading that it sounds complicated. I should explain. I had an account that Was deleted from my Experian report (disputed)( I received an email saying it was deleted.) So I checked my CCT to look at my updated score yesterday and nothing changed but this morning the Late was removed and my score shot to 25 points.
