Exxon isn't reporting

My account is over a year old - in good standing (always paid on time) and I know that it not being on my reports is hurting me.

How do I get them to report?

Have you called them up and talked to an acct. specialist and asked them?

That's odd that it's that old & not reporting.

Exxon/Mobil reports every month. For me, it's between the 25th and 30th of every month. Make sure you have the new card, issued by Citi. The old GE-issued cards are NG.

THANKS COBRA19!  I called (again) and miracle of miracles someone who know what they are doing answered the phone... it shpould have been sent to the reporting departiment when I first called in October... "Nancy" has sent it over and it should be on my reports within 30 days!   YIPPEE! I know a 1+ year old account reporting will help me.... now if only Citgo will report-LOL.

I always PIF these so the CL helps util - and I never have more than 10% for a balance due.

My Exxon Card isn't reporting either, but I had not used it in about 2 years.  I received the new Citi one and used it today to show activity, since they were also good enough to raise my credit limit.
