FICO Identity Ultimate 3B

Hi

I just have some questions about this specific product by FICO, Identity Ultimate 3B:

-Does it really update scores and reports only once in 3 months? In that case what's the point of paying for a monthly subscription, if the second and third month you get no new info?

-Do they alert you about changes on your report? (I think that's the point of this product) 

-If there are changes in you report, will they update your score then?

Certain events trigger alerts and score updates. But other changes may well have occurred that did not trigger an alert in the meantime so without reviewing your actual report, you won't know what all led to the score change. It's far less than perfect but it's the best value or there if you need to get your credit cleaned up, imho.

It updates FICO 8 scores on a daily basis. It updates the panoply of about 19 other scores on a quarterly basis.

They alert you to certain changes in your reports. And to changes in your FICO 8 score.

-If there are changes in you report, will they update your score then?

They will update FICO 8 but not the others until you pull the report

And they won't update fico 8 every time it changes. I had Experian for months with true daily monitoring. And my score could change several times before Myfico finally updated. It's slow to update Experian too. I *think* it's better with Equifax and Transunion but am not sure.

That hasn't been my experience. In my case the FICO 8 EX has updated approximately 2 days after the Experian site updated it.

Interesting. I could wait three weeks and have several Experian changes before Myfico updated my score. I am doing a free week from Experian now and am seeing a delay again but don't know how long yet.

Ok thanks. Does anyone know if I can get a discount for the product? It goes for $29.95 now, but I could use a promo code if anyone has one. I think Ebates offers $5 for any FICO product, can anyone confirm?

I've been here for over a year and a half and haven't seen or heard of this site discounting anything.
