FICO Simulator

New to MyFico - when I run the simulator for different actions, I see a pop up that I do not have any credit cards to simulate those actions but I do have a credit card which shows on all my credit reports and both myfico scores as a revolving credit card.  This has show this way with Experian in the past two in that it reported my score is low because of no recent credit which I also have.

Hi, welcome to the forums!

Which card is it (which bank), is it a Visa Signature or MC World card, and how high is the CL? And it's still definitely open, right?

Some cards don't report their CL's, and maybe yours is one. That doesn't sound exactly like what the sim is saying, but maybe that's what's going on.
