EQ has always been my lowest.
EX has ALWAYS been my lowest score, sometimes by a lot.

My EX score always lags behind! Not sure why, but it never seems to update as frequently as TU and EQ
It is totally based on what's in your file, they're all slightly different.
For me EQ FICO 5 hates me, the only time it hasn't been my lowest of my mortgage trifecta was when it was totally clean and TU had a 60D late still.
Now what's really funny, EQ marked a tradeline as a 30D late whereas TU marked it 60D (lender idiosyncracy in reporting, they both should have been marked 60D and it was a 30D on EX too before it up and wandered away... better to be lucky than good).
EQ FICO 5: 740 with a 30D late 1 year and 1 month ago.
TU FICO 4: 767 with a 60D late 1 year and 1 month ago.
I know it can happen, and maybe once I make my EQ file prettier (no inquiries or new accounts anytime recently, whatever that length of time is on that score) I can get above the TU FICO 4 score, maybe, but not holding my breath. As is I'm really surprised at the TU FICO 4 score so maybe that's the outlier, 767 is gold-plated mortgage wise with a 60D late from 13 months ago... shennigans!

Experian! slowest to update lowest score always for both me and my husbands
