Feeling Down

I am so upset today. I'm not sure how to get my scores raised any higher. I started credit repair in 02/07. My TU fako has gone from 520 to 581 (Fico TU is 595). I've tried some PFD's but no responses yet. I've disputed what I could. I still have 2 Cap one cars, an HSBC card, and a Speigel card in charge off status. I sent a PFD to Spiegel but have not gotten a response. An old Aspire card is in collections and I'm being sued by the CA.  I will psossibly have a judgment soon depending on if I can get this lawsuit dropped. I don't want to send out any more PFD's until I get through the lawsuit. Just want to make sure I have the money I'm promising to pay in each PFD. I only have a Target card and CreditOne Bank card right now. I'm also an AU on my husband's Cap one card. All cards have low limits. I was sent a pre-approval offer from Best Buy through HSBC. I applied today online and was denied. it said I had a serious delinquency on Equifax. My EQ Fico is 626. I thought I might get approved since HSBC has been bombarding me with pre-approved offers. I guess I will just have to allow time to work it's magic.

Re: Feeling Down

hiya tink, I would be a basket case. Do not look for any CC yet. Also HSBC will blackball you if you have CO with them.
What kind of scores does DH have. Maybe he can get CC with someone other then Cap1. If not sit back & wait for court case.

Im sure that I do not need to tell you but newbies that read thread need to understand more before they start disputing & sending DV letters.

ALWAYS REMEMBER SOL!!!!!!!!

My prayers are with you Tink!

Re: Feeling Down

Yea. It does take a many months to take a good bite out. Just hang in there. I was working my my credit for a year now. I figure it's going to take me 6 more months to finish off what I started. Just remember it takes time. When my first batch of GW were ignored, and next GWs were basically insults, I got really down. Set your goals further out. Then one day you find out poof it happened. And that gives you the energy to keep going for another. Don't give up. Hehe. I pull my CR every day hoping one of my banks will remove something from a GW. Hasn't happened yet, it's been a long yet, but I don't give up. Smiley Happy It's ok to resend GWs too.
