Your actual score updates by the minute as new information is reported, but It may not be reflected in the credit monitoring service you use though for some time, often monthly or bi-monthly. One of my CU's only updates scores quarterly. Have you tried https://www.freecreditscore.com/. That site give you a true FICO from Experian every 30 days.
