Fairly accurate. However my scores have increased far more than the simulator estimated. I wasn't supposed to hit 680 for another 12 months no matter what I plugged into the simulator.

My scores have outperformed the simulator so far also. I've things that can't be simulated, like early exclusions and dispute removals of derogatories.
I agree with the previous poster. My results have outperformed the simulator on debt ratio alone. It said I would get an increase from 605 to 640 for triming my debt ratio from 90% to 30% overall. Doing so actually left my middle fico score at 669. It said getting to 9% debt ratio would be 690. I'm hoping it pushes me to 700. Just need those statements to cut.

Has anyone found the score simulator to be accurate?
It's not. Don't assume any simulator to be accurate. For one thing, there isn't just one FICO model and a simulator can't simulate every model. It's just there to give you a rough idea. If you want to know a score for a given situation then you'll have to pull the specific score at the appropriate time.
Also don't overlook prior discussions as a resource.
