Pretty much true above. The only difference really is the ability to absorb a new account. For example, let's say that opening a new account drops your score 30 points all things being equal. The 850 guy dropping to 820 is going to be in a better place than the 780 guy dropping to 750. Should either of them need to open another account, the higher score in this example would be "better" where when considering their starting scores were more or less the same in terms of strength.
