Fico scores with security freeze

Ok, I cleaned up my CR and finally hit 700+ with Equifax. Now I've cleaned up TU also and wanted to do a fico pull but it gives me a message saying they cant find my report or something like that. I then tried EX and I got the same message about they cant find the report or something to that effect. I have both TU and EX on Ice so I'm not sure if that's the problem. So my question is, can I pull a CR that's on ICE or do I have to unfreeze first?

Likely needs to have the security freeze removed or lifted for the puller.

thanks.. well I called TU and they said the freeze would prevent me from seeing my fico so I put a temp lift on it for 30 days... I may have to do the same for EX now. I hope it can be done over the phone. Once I find out all my scores and if they are all over 700 I would be do happy.

right after I allowed my EX to melt I applied for the BoA Amex and got not an instant but a 2 min approve after checking the application status.
