Financing a Vehicle

Thanks for all the advice.  I managed to get my sister auto financing through Capital One for 13.95%, the cheapest by far with myself as a co-signer.  They also informed me that they would refinance my own car loan at 7.95% with no additional credit pulls.  That saves me some $$$
