No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
The person who recommended MyFICO.com to me told me there's a way to search for which credit cards check which credit agencies, and also favor certain regions. One of my credit agencies has a better score and I'm looking to boost my chance of getting more credit by applying to cards who will be more favorable to me. Thanks everyone!
The database they were talking about is on another forum that we're not allowed to link to. Pretty sure we can't even mention their name. 👀 There is a thread here that has application datapoints, but I have no idea what it's called or where it is. Someone else may be able to link it.

Hi and welcome @Anonymous
Credit monitoring services get paid to peddle cards/applications. Basically, they get paid whenever you apply through their website. Whether you're approved or denied does not make any difference
You would be better off describing your situation, listing the cards/loans you have, and any negative info here in Credit Cards forum.
You'd get a lot better and more reasonable suggestions that way.
As far as which CRA will get a HP, that often depends on where you live with a few notable exceptions
While there is an old database elsewhere, you can use this as a general guidance
There it is

Thanks so much for the guidance! I guess I'll post that in this same thread which I seem to have started.
I appreciate that you sent that older thread along, I'm guessing that was what my friend told me about. Very helpful.
Thanks for your answer! What's the story on secret forums that we can't link to? As a myFICO newbie, I don't understand...

@Anonymous- due to the nature of the contents on some external credit boards/blogs, and per the myFICO Forums TOS, such external links/discussions are not permitted. Links to other sources such as TPG, Doctor of Credit, Reddit, FlyerTalk, etc., are permitted as long as it does not violate the TOS or involve any prohibited discussions such as MS, for instance.
Okay, thanks so much for that detailed explanation! Helpful to know.
