First Premier Account Status Question...

Status: Open/Current, was past due 30 days.
Anyone have any luck with First Premier removing the "was past due" status? I sent GW letter and received response that accurate data cannot be changed. Wondering if anyone has had any luck maybe speaking to a particular person in Customer Service. Thanks...
