First Premier Bank Card mysteriously looses previous year

I have had First Premier almost 2 years now. I always pay it off at the end of each month. I was about to finally ask for a credit limit increase (yes I'm still at $200) when I looked and saw that they are reporting that I've only been with them for 8 months! I kept the card to build time and credit with them and I feel like I've been stabbed in the back! Has this happened to anyone else? How did you fix this?

Where do you see them reporting 8 months?

This doesn't surprise me considering who the credit card company is

Was this a previously secured account? If so then maybe they're only counting as far back as the date it graduated to non secured.

Might call and ask them since they would know more. Or you could dig around in the rebuilding forum where more people might know about this product.

With the fees and APR you are saddled with you should expect accurate reporting.

Your FICO credit scores are not just numbers, it’s a skill.

They have me feeling salty right now because normally, they would have reported to the credit bureaus by now. But since my balance is only 15% I guess they forgot this month. I need that score boost ASAP! They're messing up the program! lbvs
