First Premier

I have a charged off credit card from them that is reporting from 2006. Needless to say it is destroying my score. I tried to contact them to see if I can at least pay it down to help my Utilization and found out that the account was sold to Accounts Receivable Management. Right now all three CRAs are reporting just from First Premier. I would like to have it removed but I am afraid if I try to PFD the CA right now, they will not be able to remove the First Premier chargeoff. Would the chargeoff still appear, or should I wait to see if they stop reporting and the CA starts reporting? I'm really not sure what I need to do with this one. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: First Premier

The OC and ONE CA can report at any given time.

Is FP's TL showing charged off?

Re: First Premier

Yes, FP is showing as charged off and CA is not showing yet.  FP will not work with me, because they told me they no longer own account.

Re: First Premier

Try this in order to pay a Charge Off from First Premier Bank.

First, go to Planetfeedback.com and file a complaint against Premier Bankcard. In the email from PFB, it will provide you with the name and address of the President of Premier Bankcard.

Second, mail a letter CMRRR to the President of Premier Bankcard demanding to be able to payoff the CO CC.

Third, go online and get the name and address of the AG for South Dakota, and fax to him a complaint against Premier Bankcard. Be sure to include a copy of the letter you mailed to the President. Additionally, include a copy of the letter from the AG with your letter to the President of Premier Bankcard.

You should get a call from the Executive Offices of Premier Bankcard looking to assist you.

YMMV
