Format of Credit reports

Lets use Sprint for instance...

Lets say Sprint has gone to collections... to ABC Collections...

Is there supposed to be 2 listings on your credit report?

One for Sprint in Account History and One in the Collections section for ABC Collections?

Yes, but Sprint should show a 0 balance I believe.  And only one of them can report to the CRA.
