What did you decide to do about the packages?
I've had some things going on over the last week so it's been on the back burner. I took pictures of everything and will be contacting the cc company to see what they suggest. It's more of an inconvenience than anything else.

Step 1 - contact the CC company about all packages you receive. Ask them to then contact the merchants on your behalf for advise on return protocol.
Step 2 - As mentioned, take pictures of package contents and shipping labels. Provide info to CC company as appropriate.
Step 3 - Keep contents in a safe place and certainly don't open any items.
Step 4 - Contact merchant (or point of sale provider such as Amazon) per direction from CC company to arrange returns.
Not notifying the CC company about items received makes you liable for fraud - imo.

I just got off the phone with the credit card company's fraud department. They told me to ummm.... you know, whatever. It was real general. She said I should check with friends or maybe my work to see if they sent me any packages. She also said if I want I can reach out to the shippers or tuck them away or do whatever with them. The rep did suggest taking pictures of the shipping labels and contents so I have a record of them. The last suggestion was if I really want to I can ship them back to the companies. She pointed out that the transactions have been disputed (it's been 3 weeks). There is a chance the merchants might try to deny the dispute because the packages were delivered to my house.
At this point I really don't feel like doing any legwork. I notificed my credit card company so there should be a record of that. I'm just going to put the boxes in my closet and see if I hear anything about them. If I do, the merchant(s) can issue shipping labels to have them picked up.
