Free Credit Report question

regarding free credit reports, if I were to pull one from EX will I be able to get another one in January of 2014 or is it a full annual year which would make me wait till December of 2014?

What if you pulled all 3 and then continued to check EX softs is it from the original EX pull or the last?

It would be 12 months from the last pull via annualcreditreport.com; it doesn't matter where else you pulled from, or what services you used.
