So do you immediately call to cancel?

Interesting. I went to EQF site and they show it as 4.95 a month. Or are you doing this through the CCT trial only?

Correct, just through the CCT trial.

Heck, I didn't know it was every 7 days! I will do that. Thanks.

Yes, and you can do it through the automated system so you don't have to listen to someone beg you to keep it.

I did this a couple times, but it's no longer true.  You have to talk to a person now to cancel.  CCT seems to have the worst script readers too.

Yep. I have done it twice since and it is quite annoying.

Really?  No more automated cancellations?  That's a shame.  I imagine they try multiple times to try and get you to sign up for a real membership during the call.  What else is part of their bad script that I should know about?

They ask why you are cancelling.  Their script is long and wordy and awkward. They are the most awkward script readers I've ever dealt with.    They aren't rude or anything like that.

Seems like having the credit reports frozen prevents you from creating an account. I had the same issue.

While it's odd for Discover, it's not unheard of. Credit Sesame couldn't pull my reports through a freeze. Credit Karma worked fine.

I could potentially unfreeze my reports to create the account but I don't know if it's going to need me to keep unfreezing every time I want a score.

Ah, well!

Someone correct me if im wrong, but once you unfreeze and they pull.. isnt that an established relationship and enough to pull through the freeze?

BTW the 30 day / monthly pull starts the first time you get into the account.. so a thought if you want it to pull the report a particular time of the month...
