Read the official response I got, they are rolling it out in 2014. Can't blame them for taking away an undocumented method we weren't supposed to know about. The 5% rates are as high as you can get.

Yeah. And +100. For 5% on groceries, gas, and Amazon, I'm going to hang onto my Sallie Mae and use it a lot.
The URL trick was always just an unauthorized hack. So they took it away. No problem. By tne end of this year, all Barclaycard holders should have real FICOs without having to resort to tricks. I'm happy to wait a few month.
I have just received the Rewards MasterCard and do have access to the FICO Score. It was last updated on 1/24/14 and I imagine the refresh will be weekly. I am going to check again in the morning.
I checked today and access has been restored for my Sallie Mae. The score history graph also displays for me now, though the first data point is missing.
Yay! Me, too. My FICO score is now official on my Sallie Mae MC. I had to sign an agreement and all, and the latest pull is from 1/21, which is pretty useless. I don't yet have the score history chart, either. But the score is there with no URL trick needed and it doesn't look like they're going to take it away this time.

It wasn't really undocumented though. They sent the link by email a couple months ago, advertising the feature, at the same time that they disabled it. Strange and confusing. But now the URL works again, so that's good. I'm not sure why they felt the need to disable it for 2 months but whatever.
My impressions thus far haven't convinced me the Barclay's FICO feature will be reliable, so I'll hold on to alternatives for that.
