Frustrated

Score went back to a 662 check it today and back to a 571 this is driving me crazy. Nothing has changed and I feel helpless. I keep thinking I am going to get a attorney and sue these companies. I am so feed up with them doing this.

 

Help!

Are you comparing reports? What is different?

They keep reporting different on my car. My car has been on time for the past 8 months w/ no lates just recently they keep reporting it as being the entire loan amount as being delq. It isn't though and I keep fighting they change it and then they change it over and over. Who is responsible for this the Auto loan company or the cra. They seem to be TU & EQ. Driving me up the wall it was a 662 from a 571 on March 3 and as of today back to a 571. I feel like I have to let them keep doing this just tired of fighting it.

Yes it does keep flipping back and forth between the 2 scores.

I would like to know about this too, since the same thing keep happening to me with a CO. It get deleted, the it comes back, everytime I call the ca they said it's not their system and it has been deleted. but it keep showing/deleted/showing/delted and on and on for the last 4 months. It is frustrated.

Is the OC having to delete it manually each time it shows back up or does it just come off on its own? Is there anything else showing up each time as well?

So, when the car loan does its normal monthly update it gets reported as delinquent, then you call and they re-report and fix it?

 

If that is the case, the problem lies with the loan company and their reporting software/system, sometimes called a "tape" or something like that. Sounds like it is in their system as being delinquent and they need to fix it.

Well I called My fico they told me to contact the credit agencys. They said that earlier in the week they had the same thing happen with another person and it ended up that someone was trying to steal the idenity. So I called EQ and the people that I talk to don't understand what I am talking about. I asked them if I have a split file or a duplicate. I couldn't get a answer per my question. So I am not sure were to go from here.

No, It first got deleted when I sent the CA a DV. Whan it came back it showed a closed/0 balance. I called the CA again and they told me they had removed the account of their system. A few weeks later it gat deleted again. But just yesterday showed up again as closed/0 balance. Called the CA today and gain they told me that there is nothing they can't do since they have deleted from their system. Called CRA's and they say I need to talk to the CA....

So I find out that the problem is that American Honda Finance keeps reporting differnt everytime. I contact them and thet tell me that they are not doing it. So I told them if I don't get a resolution that I am gong to make this known to every public eye possible. He told me that  there is no need to do that. He said that he is there to help and wanted me to send him a copy of the report. I sent him the copy and he seemed speechless himself he couldn't explain it. So he is going to do a AUD on my account? He also told me alsao that I am causingthe problem because I dispute the account. I told him that it shouldn't matter because the information should be the same always. He said that he is not sure. What can I do to make it so that they correct it and not do it again this is getting exhausting.
