Hi not sure if you mean by not signed that it is completely blank but the ones I've received back were not signed by a person but they all have some type of "stamp" used on them that say the name of the CRA or the one I sent to a creditor is someone's stamped signature. Kind of seems like a waste of money to me for the gc if that's all I get as "proof" tha someone signed for the item. The certified mail part proves it was delivered. (or even delivery confirmation would prove that)
