When I used it with my Walmart card for CLI was sp, usually would get denied though,was much easier for me to get CLI via phone call

Depends on the card not all GE cards are SP's the majority are 

Example Care credit is a HP and most of their furniture store cards are...another is a auto card but can't think of name off hand.
