Just got the results for my disputes from EQ
Deleted my Wash/Provi --charge-off
Deleted the my Judgement related to the Wash/Prov account
The collection agency that was handling the account (Palisades) was paid last year and they verifiy with EQ the account. On EQ it states "Settlement accepted on this account"
What are my option with them, is there a letter I can send to them or dispute it again now that Wash/Provi could not verify the account?????????/
