So I've noticed with the Apple Card it always closes on the last day of the month, the new statement comes out on the 1st of the month but for some reason the 3 main bureaus don't get updated for me until dates between the 14th and 17th. Most of my cards usually are updated with the bureaus 3-5 days after the new statement is available. Does anyone know why it takes the Apple Card/bureaus so long to update?
It stands to reason that if all 3 bureaus report around the same time, it has to be an Apple issue.

Thank you for the reply! I hope they can somehow pick up the pace in the future. It is the only card I have that reports so slowly.
I was approved for an Apple Card a couple weeks ago. So far, I love it!
I called Goldman Sachs customer service and inquired when my balance would report. One representative said whatever your balance is on last day of month, that's what they report. I would like low utilization when the card does report to the bureaus.
The next representative said, "on the third week of the month, but they don't let us know."
I am trying so hard to keep my utilization down, using AZEO. This month, Cap1, for some reason, reported my balance nowhere near three days after statement cut as others had indicated. I lost a couple points this morning -- not a huge deal.
How has Goldman reported balances for those that have the Apple card?
I am going to use my Apple Card to help a family member pay for a medical expense (and will pay that large charge in full within a day or two), but don't want a huge balance to report and ruin my scores that are slowly rising.
I am trying to use the Apple Card as my daily driver in the hopes of getting a CLI down the road. High utilization with a dirty profile will drag my scores to a level I won't be happy with.
When the Apple Card first came out, there was very little reporting and if any it was TU.
Now it looks like Goldman Sachs is reporting to all 3 CRA.
I PIF each month (auto payment) the daily used card (Groceries & meals) but that amount is reported each month along with any installments due.
Even though I PIF, I have a balance showing on my CRAs each month due to a 0% Apple purchase I made (M1 Mac Mini)....
There's several DP's on here suggesting you don't count on your APPLE Card as your AZEO balance card.
They will report the balance as of the last day of the month...they don't report mid-cycle.
The thing is....the actual posting to your CB is not always as timely as other banks.
As an example: If on March 31 your balance is ZERO, they will report ZERO as of March 31. If you have a balance, they will report that as of March 31...HOWEVER, it may not actually post to your CB until 2 or 3 weeks after March 31 so you could be watching your reports and know your statement closed but the update to your CB may not be as immediately as other FI's.
My Self VIsa is my AZEO card. Last day of the month I make sure my balance is always $10, and the other two cards I have, have a zero balance. Is this the correct approach?

You're good.

Yes.
