GW Response from CWide

Hi Good People:

Well, I guess I started too high. Where do I go from here? I sent a GW request to the CoB/CEO of CWide, Mr. Angelo Mozilo. He, in turn, sent it to Ms. Stephanie Porter, Executive Research Specialist.

Originally, it looked as though things were promising, but I spoke with her today and received the response that "legally" they can't report inaccurate information to the CRAs. That is true. But, a creditor has discretion to report or not to report. I have a number of good standing accounts that aren't currently reporting.

I am thinking about sending the identical letter back to Mr. Mozilo again. Whaddya think?

Need more information as to what you put in the letter. I would try again... need more info.

I used the GW that Tuscani has posted. I just used my personal story, as opposed to his example.
