I am working on my hubby's credit. Our auto loan with chase was opened 6/1/2008. In a mistake by me....I let Nov's payment go 30 days to the exact day. SO, for December it is showing 30 days late on Eq and TU but not for EX. I want to send a goodwill letter. I was wondering does anyone know who I should address the letter and what letter to use? Also, should I hand write the letter or type it? has anyone had any luck GW'ing chase auto?
