Last night, I got one of my credit reports (Experian) from annualcreditreport.com. At first, I was frustrated because the information that I wanted (drop off dates) wasn't there. I flipped from screen to screen, reading everything possible, but nothing mentioned drop off dates. So I gave up and decided to print the return just for keeping a record. However when I clicked the link to get the printable copy, the information appeared. And, in fact, it was on the hard copy I printed.
So without knowing which report you requested, I have to agree with the person who suggested that what we get on screen is really just a summary. At least with the Experian report, what I printed was MUCH more in depth and gave me the info I wanted.
