Good news and a few questions

Well i have 3 bad things on my credit now. Alone with a high UTI

1.) sallie mae - 90 day late for a stupid fee. I send a GW a few months ago and got shot down.  I send another GW via e-mail and got a paper in the mail today saying they are working to get answers but need time to reaserch my account. What does this mean?

2.) Verizon land line. Sent a GW got shot down. Anybody got a good contact? shows as Po Box 165018 in Columbus, OH 43216.

3.) I had a 4 wheeler loan that had a two 90 day lates and a two 30's. I called them today. They said if i refinance they would start the new loan and remove all bad things from my credit letting me start over. Is this a good idea? Will cost me about 200 but money is not a problem i want to clear it up.

Then the UTI is going down slow but is on its way down.

I had a collection removed from a cell phone company last month. Got to keep working at it. thanks for the help on the questions
