Hi All,
First post; and just wanted to say what a great resource these forums have been. Started at 690 a while back. I know many have had steeper/long climbs up the ladder. After reading and digesting suggestions here I lowered util%, selectively paid off cards, and got a couple of new cards and a Discover CL increase.

Just applied and got Chase Sapphire with 11k CL (for int'l travel, dining) and then Amex Blue Cash Pfd with 11k CL (for groceries, gas). Both online. At app time I had 765 EQ 755 TU 750 EX. Been using a great Discover promo for great cash back.

BTW not sure if it was just coincidence but the 4k Discover card increase, to 10k, came after I applied reward points to my statement. Was declined just last month for an increase. Not carrying a balance for a few months now.
